Returns & Exchanges

We work hard to make sure every customer is happy with the products they receive from FYXcom. All orders go through a full accuracy confirmation and product inspection prior to shipping to ensure our customers receive products that properly represent our ongoing reputation of excellence .

Any errors on our end will be immediately corrected with the appropriate resolution per your request within 30 days of the original purchase. This does include:

  • Incorrect product shipped - The new / appropriate product will be immediately shipped upon return of the previously received item. FYXProducts.com will pay all return shipping & new appropriate product shipping expenses.
  • Damaged product received (this does include damages during shipping) - The new / replacement product will be immediately shipped upon return of the previously received item. FYXProducts.com will pay all return shipping & replacement product shipping expenses.
  • Missing product (this does include products lost during shipping) - The missing product will be immediately shipped upon confirmation of missing product via shipping detail information. FYXProducts.com will pay all additional shipping expenses for additional shipment of product.

Any errors on your end will be immediately addressed per your request within 30 days of the original purchase: This does include:

  • Incorrect product ordered - We will happily refund your purchase price (shipping not included) or exchange the product purchased in error with the appropriate original product wanted once the returned product is received and passes a product evaluation for resale. Any returned product with damages of any kind cannot be accepted. Differences in price will either be credited back to original credit card used or additional amount charged will be discussed with you during the return process prior to replacement product shipping.
  • Unwanted product ordered - We will happily refund your purchase price (shipping not included) back to the original credit card used once the returned product is received and passes a product evaluation for resale. Any returned product with damages of any kind cannot be accepted.

Return Procedure (please do not ship return product without first submitting a return request below):

  • Submit a Return Request below. Your request will be processed and a RMA # provided to you (please do not ship return product without first submitting a return request below).
  • Include your RMA # we provide you with via email or phone with your return shipment.
  • Once product received a product evaluation for resale will be completed.
  • Refund will be submitted back in the form of the original payment when product passes evaluation for resale.
